- Payment details: processed securely through our partners; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, device type, app usage – to improve our service and ensure security.
2. How we use your information
- To connect you with the right PMDC‑verified doctor.
- To facilitate consultations, prescriptions, and follow‑ups.
- To process payments and refunds (as per our refund policy).
- To send essential service updates (e.g., appointment reminders).
- To improve our platform through anonymized analytics.
3. No third‑party sharing – ever
GenXDoc does not share, sell, or trade your personal or medical data with any external company, advertiser, or partner. The only exception is when required by law (e.g., court order) or to prevent imminent harm – and even then, we strictly limit disclosure.
Doctors are independent practitioners – but they sign a legally binding NDA. If any doctor breaches confidentiality, they are permanently banned and reported to PMDC and relevant health authorities.

We use bank‑level encryption (256‑bit SSL) for all data transmission. Your consultations are stored on secure servers with strict access controls. We regularly audit our systems to prevent unauthorised access.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. No third‑party tracking cookies are used for marketing. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data held by us.
