Full refund before e‑prescription
- 🩺 Duty Doctor (Online 1499 PKR): You can claim 100% refund anytime before the e‑prescription is generated. After prescription is issued, the consultation is considered complete and non‑refundable.
- 🏥 Clinic Appointments & Doctor at Home: Refunds are managed directly by the clinic or doctor. GenXDoc is a facilitator and not liable for cancellations or disputes. Always confirm their policy before booking.
Refund is processed within 1‑3 working days to original payment method.
Absolute Privacy & NDA
Every doctor signs a strict NDA
GenXDoc enforces a zero‑tolerance policy on data sharing. Patient information is never sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party. Any doctor found violating confidentiality will be permanently banned from our network and reported to PMDC.
